Over the course of three intensive days, participants will delve into the theory and practice of service evaluation, with a particular focus on sustainability and social impact measurement.
The module aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of impact evaluation methodologies and frameworks, exploring both monetization and non-monetization models. Through case studies and real-world examples, Lavinia will guide students through the impact data cycle, emphasizing the managerial perspective and practical implications.
Following this module, students can expect to gain a deep understanding of impact evaluation, international taxonomies, methodologies, and the application of theory of change to services.
