Theory & Practice: Business Strategy & Planning with Daniele Radici (First Session)
We are excited to announce the start of the first session of our new module on business strategy & planning, held by Daniele Radici, innovation and strategy advisor, strategy consultant, innovation expert, and trained facilitator in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method.
This course is divided into two parts, with the first part focusing on theoretical learning, while the second session will focus on putting into practice what they have learned.
During this course, students will deal with a mixed format that alternates theory sessions with exercises to apply the tools and methods the Daniele is going to inform them about. The goal of this module is to provide them with specific knowledge and useful tools to develop viable, sustainable, and achievable service ideas. Students will learn about the relationship between business model and business plan elements, understanding how to define the cost structure of a service-based business, as well as anti-fragile business models and risk-reducing techniques. Additionally, the class will have the opportunity to dive deep into essential tools like business model canvas, SWOT analysis, design criteria canvas, and other relevant tools.
The second session will focus more on hands-on learning and implementing the theory they’ve acquired in this initial session. By the end of this module, students will feel confident about business models design, business planning, and relevant tools and techniques to develop successful service-based businesses.
