The IV Edition of the Master is started

The 4th Edition of the Master in Service Design has officially started today and we want to welcome all the new students and teachers that will join this edition.
Tomorrow Daniela Sangiorgi, Associate Professor at the Design Department of Politecnico di Milano, will offer a first introduction into the Service Design world. Through out the exploration of case history, projects and researches she’s going to provide a full and wide overview about the role of the service design in the contemporary society, as well as enhancing the importance of service design approaches in the public sectors.
In these two days lecture, the students will be able to identify the general characteristics and the types of service innovation, with a particular attention to the design of areas of interventions by analyzing service interactions and service experiences.
