Sisal is the newest entry to our roster of Partners in the X edition

We are extremely happy to announce Sisal as a premium partner of the X Edition of the Specializing Master in Service Design. Sisal is an international operator in the regulated gaming sector and currently operates in Italy, Morocco and Turkey. Sisal’s strategy rests on three pillars: sustainability, through constant commitment to development of the Responsible Gaming programme and through the offering of a secure, transparent entertainment model; digital innovation, thanks to its cutting-edge gaming platform oriented towards an omnichannel approach, inhouse software and application development expertise to grasp the opportunities offered by the digital transition; and internationalization, with the goal of being awarded contracts for new international concessions on the basis of its solid expertise.

This collaborative effort will kick-off and consolidate itself with a workshop delving into the world of regulated gaming. The main focus of this partnership will be Responsible Gaming & Wellbeing, students will take a deep dive into the sector from a Service Design perspective, trying to find solutions to improve the experience of users.
