Sharing and collaborative services with Anna Meroni

How to design sharing and collaborative services? How to design for social innovation?
On Monday the students of the Master in Service Design will discover the emerging field about sharing and collaborative services, with Anna Meroni, in order to understand what they have in common and how to design and promote social innovation. These services are the result of co-creation and co-production with the users  and the aim is to gain a positive social impact on the society. During the lecture, the students will have the possibility to understand the concept behind social innovation and they will reflect about it through an interactive session. Methods, tools and real case studies will be presented to the students, with a focus on their characteristics and features.
