Service Visualization with Adriano Gariglio
How can graphic design support the production and exchange of information during design activities, as well as transfer design’s value when presenting the project to clients, customers, and service providers?
The students of the Master in Service Design will begin the Service Visualization course on Thursday with professor Adriano Gariglio, Service Designer in the IRIS unit (e-Services for Life and Health) at Fondazione Centro San Raffaele.
Service Visualization is a two-day practice-based course aimed at providing an overview on visualization tools used in various phases of the design process. We will focus on the visual “storytelling” of an existing service, designing the offer and the experience of the service JustEat. The students will visualize the elements needed to transfer the design’s value to the client through a digital presentation.
