MSD and AWorld teaming up to shape transformative learning through Service Design

We’re excited to announce a new partnership between the Specializing Master in Service Design by POLI.design – Politecnico di Milano and AWorld, the official platform selected by the United Nations for the ActNow campaign on individual action for climate change and sustainability.

AWorld brings people together, shares knowledge, and turns it into positive action. Their mission is to create a world where making better choices for our planet becomes second nature; a world where the collective power of people amplifies positive change every day.

By integrating AWorld’s expertise and approach into our academic path, students will explore how to design for other people’s growth and development. As service designers, we are not only responsible for designing services, but also for shaping cultures. And shaping culture starts with awareness, continuous learning, and inner development.

Alessandro Armillotta, CEO & Founder of AWorld, describes the partnership as:

“Collaborating with the Master in Service Design gives us the unique opportunity to engage directly with the next generation of changemakers. Together, we’ll explore how purpose-driven design can translate sustainability into real-world solutions — blending creativity, empathy, and impact to shape the services of tomorrow.”

Stay tuned to discover how this collaboration will unfold across the first workshop of MSD12!
