Francesca Foglieni

Francesca Foglieni works as a researcher, consultant and lecturer in the field of service design and design research. She holds a PhD in Design and currently works at the Department of Design as project manager for European research projects and as Adjunct Professor at the School of Design of Politecnico di Milano.
She also collaborates with different kind of organizations to support the development and the evaluation of innovative service solutions, and to foster the adoption of a human-centered and impact-driven approach.
Until 2022, she was the didactic coordinator of the Specializing Master in Service Design and since 2023 she is director of the executive courses of the cluster Service Systems Design and Evaluation of POLI.design.
