Claudia Busetto

Claudia is an information architect and communication specialist with a humanistic background and software development experience. Her professional focus is on human centred design practice and usability of information across digital channels.
Her design approach is rooted in people’s behaviour and in their capacity to understand and use digital products and services: from user research to user experience, from user interface to cross-channel touchpoint interaction, she uses tools and methods from different disciplines in order to organise complex information and translate the results into meaningful languages.
Claudia is co-founder of commonground srl, a service and experience design agency based in Siracusa and working internationally. She is the lead of UX design projects ranging from webdesign to interactive digital platforms and usability of mobile applications: she brings together design thinking mindset and a range of technical tools and methods to facilitate negotiation with clients and project stakeholders.
