Mapping and envisioning Service Blueprints with Chiara Monteleone
Today started the last pill of the year with Chiara Monteleone, Design Client Director at DOING. Over the course of three days, Chiara will provide insights, recommendations & tools in order to create comprehensive Service Blueprints, which are detailed maps of the entire process of a service. In parallel with theory, the students will practice on mapping a service as it is and then propose a new to be version of the Blueprint.
Considering the current situation, which has brought designers to think about new ways and solutions to digitalize otherwise physical experiences, students will be given briefs that deal with this issue in the financial sector, in particular focusing on the money withdrawal process and financial advisory. Students will work in groups on defining the appropriate Blueprint layout, level of depth and final presentation.
