III Edition of the Master in Service Design: took flight!

On the 5th of October 2015, the III Edition of the Master in Service Design started!
The Master Board, leaded by Stefano Maffei and Beatrice Villari, welcomed the new class with an inspiring overview on Service Design.
After the introduction, an Empathy-map exercise helped us to meet each other and break the first barriers.
Than, out, to discover all the spaces and the services we can enjoy thanks to Polimi and Polidesign, such as the Polifactory. A great lunch together has closed this first day of warm-up.
