From service experiences to digital interfaces: a plunge in the nested world of UX and UI
design.
Today the students will start this course intended as a zoom in disciplines, tools and techniques commonly used in digital ux design process. With Claudia Busetto, Information Architect and UX Designer, we’ll deep dive into the complex process of design and re-design a digital touchpoint for existing services.
Starting from a given brief, exploring information architecture, usability, user interface design and content strategy fields, the students will produce a final outcome by learning to define, prototype, redesign and test web/mobile interfaces. At the same time guaranteeing service’s users a consistent and seamless experience through all physical/digital channels and touchpoints.
The students will do an overview about tools and technique used in the digital UX design process, from the beginning, until the design of user interface.
