First class: Beatrice Villari introduces Service Design

After Monday’s warm-up, today is time for the first lecture held by Beatrice Villari.
She introduced Service Design starting from its holistic point of view, and than deepen into its interdisciplinary approach, tools and macro-categories of development. These theoretical classes are fundamental: there will be the back bone of the overall Master course development.
