Sara Innocenti

FacultySara is an anthropologist and story designer. She conducts user research and manages service design projects. She writes and works on branding and communication strategies. Sara studied in five different countries: the United States, France, Morocco, Belgium and Italy. In the meantime, she learned English, French, and some Arabic. She specialized in medical anthropology and has conducted research primarily in the areas of health, gender, the third sector, and urban innovation. After anthropology studies, she undertook a master’s degree in storytelling at the Holden School. Sara currently works at Experientia, a service design consultancy, where she adopts service design methods to create innovative, human-centered services. In her free time, she collects people’s memories to save their stories for those who come.
