With over 10 years of experience as the founder and CEO of THINGS, Pier Paolo Bardoni leads a design and innovation agency that specializes in creating and enhancing products and services for the Internet of Things and AI. His passion is to harness the power of ubiquitous computing and multi-touchpoint ecosystems to deliver solutions that are distinctive, scalable, and user-centric.
As a product and innovation design expert, Bardoni has strong capabilities in IoT & AI, interaction design, service design, product design, research,  communication design, and innovation consulting. He has worked with clients across various domains, such as smart mobility, smart home, smart healthcare, smart energy, smart cities, EU projects, and Industry 4.0. He also mentors and teaches IoT design, co-founded an AI-powered startup for patient safety, and organizes events for the IoT community.
