Marzia Aricò

Marzia is a ‘get things moving’ design leader. She works with organizations that are serious about transforming their approach to change, enabling them to thrive as their contexts evolve. She has advised on design-driven transformation programs at companies such as Adidas, Gilead Pharma, Gucci, J.P. Morgan Chase, and Xero. She served for 10 years as a Director at the pioneering service design agency, Livework. She holds a PhD in Organizational Studies, through which she explored the adoption of design in organizational contexts. Today, she is a solopreneur, corporate advisor, design leadership coach, and international speaker. She is currently working on a graphic novel on Designing Change.
