Josina Vink

Josina Vink teaches and conducts research at the intersection of service design and systemic design at the Oslo School of Architecture and Design (AHO) in Norway. Their research focuses on how to shape social systems, particularly in the context of health and care. Josina has a PhD on Service Ecosystem Design from Karlstad University and a Masters of Design from OCAD University. Josina has over ten years of experience working as a service and systemic designer in healthcare systems internationally, including at Mayo Clinic Center for Innovation in the United States, Centre for Addiction and Mental Health in Canada and Experio Lab in Sweden. They published their research widely in design and service research journals and currently act as an Associate Editor for Contexts – The Systemic Design Journal and The Journal of Services Marketing.
