2025/26Eleonora is a Service Designer and User Researcher specialising in human-centred design methodologies to explore, analyse, design, and redesign service solutions that meet the needs and expectations of users and stakeholders.
She has experience as service design and user research consultant, applying a human-centred approach to help companies sustainably innovate their services and strategies through qualitative and quantitative insights. Her recent involvement with Experientia, an independent consultancy, included both short- and long-term projects in local and international settings across various industries, such as energy, finance, automotive, consumer technology, and social innovation, for large private companies, SMEs, startups and public institutions.
She has also worked with non-profit organisations on funded projects conducted in collaboration with universities, public administrations, and private companies, focused on collaborative services, social housing, and community design.
As a freelancer, she works on professional and personal research projects with the aim of delivering positive impact solutions by integrating a systemic approach into her practice.
