16+ years of experience in leading projects and innovation teams across consulting agencies in Italy, Europe, the Middle East, and Oceania, developing projects with a strong focus on digital services, sustainable behavioral change, and cultural contamination programs.

Today, Chiara helps startups and companies explore how systemic design practices, behavioral design, and emerging technologies can work together to generate meaningful impact for society and people.

Since 2016, she has been collaborating with Politecnico di Milano as a lecturer in the Service Design Master and Service Design for Business programs, as well as with Poli.Design and the Graduate School of Management (since 2023), focusing on innovation programs and design thinking practices
