Andrea Fisher

Andrea Fischer is a Lead Service Designer at Idean UK. With experience both in-house and in consulting, she is very well versed as both a service designer and a researcher and has worked across industries both in the B2C and B2B sector. Previously she’s worked at Kingfisher Digital, Nike and Lavazza. She speaks 5 languages and is passionate about culture diversity, communication, storytelling as a tool to innovate, and how service design has the power to bring about change in sustainability.
Her most proud project to date is her master’s thesis in collaboration with Opendesk.cc, an open-source furniture manufacturer, who she helped to think about how to make their business more sustainable through circular economy principles and the adoption of circular services.
