Empowering Electrification: Students Collaborate with Tangity Design to Shape Innovative Solutions for Italy

On Friday the student of the Master completed their first workshop of the year led by our premium partner Tangity. The two briefs, revolved around the ideation and development of possibile solutions for expanding Electrification in Italy. 

Students worked in four teams, with two of them focusing on increasing adoption of electric cars, while the other two teams focused on increasing adoption of home energy management systems. The class was faced for the first time with the whole service design process, from early research to prototyping, coming out with four different service idea presented to the Tangity. The solutions had to take into consideration the POV of the individual but external players such as electricity providers, municipalities & grid operators.
