Embedding design thinking in business

Taking a cue from the Global Service Design Conference in Cardiff, this article shows us how service designers are, more and more, being considered an important element of any business.Although the notion of service design isn’t new, it seems that there’s a growing acceptance that designing product service systems and the business systems that enable them is a good thing if customers are happy and, frankly, if money is being made.
This article also gives us a brief overview of the presentations given.
