Design Pill #1 - Cashless Systems

This week we have met Gialuca Brugnoli, Executeve Creative Director @ Frog Design here in  Milan.He led us through the exploration of the newer cashless systems, letting us discovering new methodologies and tools with which provide newer payment experiences. The process, started from personas, required to challenge ourselves in designing new possible ways and services by developing new devices, understanding customers’ expectations and needs and by representing the final customer journey.
The outcomes have been then presented to the at Forg’s offices.
