Design Leadership with Anne Danielsen and Christina Melander

On Monday the students of the Master in Service Design are going to start a full day about Design Leadership, with Anne Danielsen, Project Manager of the development platform DesignHealth, and Christina Melander, Programme Director for the Danish Design Centre.
The program will be based on theory and practice exercises and, thanks to the theoretical approach and the presentation of real case studies, students will have an idea about the different way to lead a design process, in order to understand how service design can transform organizations in more competitive ones. The students will know the models applied to the private and public sectors, in order to underline the value of the design leadership. In addition they will learn how to innovate services and products through the design of business models and business strategies.
