Advancing Electrification with Tangity - The First Workshop for the X Edition Students

The Master’s in Service Design has launched its first workshop of the year in collaboration with Tangity-Part of NTT Data. The workshop, titled “Advancing Electrification: Services for a Resilient and Sustainable Energy Ecosystem”, aims to design services and systems that encourage the use of electric vehicles (EVs) and home energy management systems (HEMs).

The workshop leaders, Antonio Grillo, Emanuela Cozzi, Heidi Gargareta, and Jinlong Yu, will guide the students through the key phases of research, concept generation, and business and idea development. The workshop will also explore how to foster behaviour change in consumers for a greener energy future. The students will focus on the Italian market and address the challenges and opportunities of EVs and HEMs adoption.

The workshop will culminate with final pitches to NTT Data, where the students will present their most promising ideas. These ideas may contribute to creating an ecosystem of parties that support e-mobility and HEMs adoption.
