Service Design Masterclasses are back!

“Sparks of Innovation” is the 2024 edition of Service Design Masterclasses, the special format of lectures dedicated to a wide community of students and practitioners.

Offered by the Specializing Master in Service Design of POLI.design – Politecnico di Milano, Masterclasses are advanced lectures by renowned experts on cutting-edge topics debated in the Service design community and other extra-disciplinary fields.

The 2024 Edition, titled Sparks ofI nnovation, will start next February and finish in May, with five appointments to investigate topics connected to the service design world. Masterclasses will be delivered online via Cisco Webex and may also include hands-on interactive activities.

For Politecnico di Milano’s students and alumni, 2024 Service Design Masterclasses will be free upon registration;

For external participants, it will be applied an administrative fee of 20€, as a small token of commitment to encourage participation.
